About the Role

As our operations continue to grow in the US, we're looking for 2 Warehouse Team Leaders to join our Operations team at our brand-new facility in York, Pennsylvania.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their warehouse career, build their leadership experience, and grow with the business.

You'll take a hands-on approach, leading from the warehouse floor, supporting your team, and overseeing daily operations to ensure we deliver safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the daily performance of the warehouse team.
• Coordinate workloads, staffing, and daily priorities to keep operations running smoothly.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, including onboarding new hires.
• Hold regular team meetings, provide feedback, and maintain clear communication.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety, quality, PPE, and warehouse organization.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support the team in achieving productivity, accuracy, and performance targets.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally with some team leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• A desire to develop your leadership skills and grow your career within an expanding business.
• Confidence in leading, motivating, and providing constructive feedback to a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team performance.
  
  

Role Details

• Team Leader: Early Shift
• Shift Pattern: 5 days per week - 7:00am-15:30pm
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $22.50-$23.50 D.O.E

Team Leader: Late Shift

• Shift Pattern: 5 days per week - 12:30pm - 21:00pm
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay: $23 - $24 D.O.E
