About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1+ year of experience to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, while also supporting data collection and other operational initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and a clear path for growth.

Essential Functions

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
• Collect, organize, and analyze recruitment and HR data to drive decisions
• Assist with ad hoc team projects and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Eager to learn, grow, and take on varied responsibilities
