As a Finance Lead, you will wear many hats and will be responsible for a variety of financial functions and processes critical for scaling a Series C start-up. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team and will have the opportunity to make a big, positive impact on our company and on the healthcare industry. You will report to our CEO's Chief of Staff who also serves as our Strategy Lead. 

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Building financial models, forecasting performance, and preparing financial statements to support business planning, financial operations and fundraising.
• Analyzing financial and operational data to create strategies and support business decisions, including pricing, compensation and our growth strategy
• Being responsible for short and long term planning cycles
• Performing sophisticated data driven financial modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Serving as a go-to business partner for leaders across the company to drive business initiatives, growth, and profitability
• Partnering with members of our leadership team and external accounting resource to insure timely financial reporting and to identify process standardization and improvement opportunities

We expect you to bring your financial expertise which should include:

• 5+ years experience of financial modeling, planning and analysis experience, within investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and/or FP&A with a solid understanding of the elements of a P&L
• Highly skilled at building integrated 3 statement operating models and direct rolling 13 week cash flow forecasts for planning purposes
• Ability to analyze and summarize monthly and quarterly financial results for senior management and the board.
• Accounting experience is a plus

Other important qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other highly analytical field (such as Mathematics or Engineering)
• MBA strongly preferred
• Excel wizard and experience with Tableau, Looker or comparable data visualization tool 
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and apps that integrated with QBO a plus

• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Experience leading people to execute tasks, projects, and strategies is a plus
