Global Partnerships is the international distribution arm of ITV Studios, responsible for selling shows from our catalogue of 90,000 hours to network partners and streamers all over the world, as well as beyond the screen into digital, social, merchandise, sponsorship, events, licensing, gaming, and more.


We are seeking a Sales and Licensing Administrator to help support content deals in the US, Latin America, and/or Canada. Our expanding team helps ITV Studios drive sustained revenue growth by connecting our renowned, global content portfolio with networks, streamers and audiences across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a background in content distribution and a proven track record of supporting sales targets across various genres of programming.

The role is based in North Hollywood, CA, and reports to the Sales Executive.


Responsibilities:

Forecasting and Deal Planning

  • Support sales forecasting and budgeting, including inventory availability, renewals, and pricing analysis using Licensing Systems, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Participate in forecast reviews with Sales and Finance and ensure content assumptions are accurately reflected in reporting.

Deal Management and Administration

  • Partner with Sales to track deals in negotiation, including commercial terms, rights, and risks.
  • Set up and maintain license agreements, ensuring accuracy across all deal terms and alignment with Salesforce records.
  • Review contracts and collaborate with Sales and Legal to ensure system accuracy, while tracking obligations, options, and deadlines.
  • Support servicing of output deals and coordinate cross-functionally (Rights, Legal, Finance, Operations) throughout the deal lifecycle.

Sales Analysis and Content Inventory Management

  • Research content availability and provide insights using Content Hub tools to support sales opportunities.
  • Curate client-facing availability lists based on requirements and provide sales history, pricing, and licensing insights.
  • Contribute to sales operations projects, process improvements, and system testing.

Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure accurate account and contact data in Salesforce.
  • Support Sales with screener access, follow-ups, and coordination of sales trips, meetings, and materials.
  • Provide general administrative support in a fast-paced sales environment; occasional travel and flexible hours may be required.


Preferred Skills and Work Experience:

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing deadlines..
  • Experience or interest in media distribution and TV content.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including Excel, Google Suite, and database systems.


Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. This is a non-exempt role, and some overtime may be required. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, which may include office location, education, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for our Bonus Plan, subject to the rules of the plan.
