Strategy Lead

You enter before the scope is set, before the brief is written, and turn ambiguous client challenges into a compelling strategic vision. As Strategy Lead, you own the foundation of J4RVIS's pre-sales function and are directly accountable for the strategic quality of our biggest pursuits and the win rate of our most important accounts.

Why This Role Exists
Winning strategic accounts takes more than a good proposal. It takes someone who can sit at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and commercial outcome, and build credibility with C-suite and senior technology leaders before the deal is even shaped. As Strategy Lead, you're the critical connector between sales and delivery, ensuring every proposal is grounded in what J4RVIS can genuinely build across our partner ecosystem, and setting the quality bar that protects our win rate.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading strategy workshops and executive discovery sessions on our most strategic accounts
  • Developing technology strategies, enterprise architectures, and multi-phase transformation roadmaps that anchor proposals and client presentations
  • Partnering with sales leadership on RFP responses, executive presentations, capability statements, and commercial discussions
  • Building senior relationships that position J4RVIS as a trusted strategic advisor, not a vendor
  • Collaborating with Service Line Directors to validate scope realism and translate strategy into credible delivery commitments
  • Applying rigorous qualification discipline to opportunities before they're resourced
  • Contributing to J4RVIS's external thought leadership and building out our presales methodology and frameworks


What We're Looking For
Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, solution or enterprise architecture, or technology strategy, ideally within professional services
  • Demonstrated track record leading discovery and strategy engagements with large, complex enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence C-suite and senior technology stakeholders, independently and under commercial pressure
  • Direct experience contributing to or leading successful enterprise pursuits, RFP responses, or strategic proposals in a competitive context
  • Hands-on experience across one or more J4RVIS core partner ecosystems: Salesforce, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Anthropic, or equivalent
  • Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, commercial acumen, architecture and solutioning depth, workshop facilitation, and proposal writing skills


Nice-to-have:

  • Background in a senior architecture, strategy, or technical advisory role (prior architect experience is a strong advantage)
  • Architecture or strategy credentials (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Architect certifications, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
