Our administrative team plays a critical role in supporting dealership operations by ensuring vehicle title and registration processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal requirements.

About the role

Parkline Motors is seeking a Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle title and registration paperwork, maintaining dealership records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

What you'll do

• Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with state and federal title and registration requirements
• Maintain dealership records, spreadsheets, and documentation
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve title and registration discrepancies
• Scan, organize, and file documents for efficient retrieval and recordkeeping
• Communicate with customers regarding title and registration status as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized files and records
• Support administrative and accounting functions as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous Title Clerk experience preferred
• Experience working with spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• On-site role at Parkline Motors in South Salt Lake, UT
• Office-based environment with regular computer and document processing responsibilities

Compensation

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
