Senior Business Development Manager


RE Partners is a technology consulting company helping organizations accelerate digital transformation through AI, software engineering, cloud, data, and product development. We partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to solve complex business challenges through high-impact technology solutions.
We're looking for a motivated, ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in technology sales who is ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle and grow their career in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging mid-market organizations.
  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
  • Position RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as solutions to client needs.
  • Partner closely with our delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

What You'll Bring
Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions.
  • Experience selling to mid-market clients.
  • Previous Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or business development experience.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling consulting or professional services.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing technology company.
  • Exposure to AI, cloud, software engineering, or digital transformation services.

  • United States (remote).

The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 annually. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum salary the Company believes it would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs. This position is also eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, commissions, and/or benefits, as applicable.
