About Kïdo International Preschool
At Kïdo International Preschool, we bring together the best early childhood practices from around the world to create a truly unique learning experience for children and families. Our programs blend the creativity of Reggio Emilia with the independence of Montessori, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
We’re looking for passionate, bilingual leaders who are excited to inspire educators, support families, and help children thrive in an environment that celebrates culture, language, and innovation. If you’re ready to be part of a global preschool network that is reimagining early childhood education, we’d love to meet you.
Our ideal candidate thrives on variety, collaboration, and problem-solving. As an Early Childhood Center Leader, you will provide leadership and operational support within our growing network of schools, helping to ensure high-quality educational experiences, strong team performance, and exceptional family engagement. Responsibilities may include overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development and onboarding, maintaining licensing and regulatory compliance, driving enrollment and retention efforts, and leading special projects that support organizational growth.
This position will be based on-site at one of our schools, with the specific location to be determined as we continue to expand. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early childhood leader who enjoys building strong teams, fostering a positive school culture, and making a meaningful impact within a growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to learn about Kido, build relationships across our network, and grow into a long-term leadership position within one of our schools.
As a Floating Center Administrator, you will help ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality educational experiences across the schools you support. You will partner with Center Directors and leadership teams to maintain consistency, support staff development, and strengthen family relationships while ensuring each school operates in alignment with Kido's values and standards.
At Kido, we blend the creativity of Reggio Emilia, the independence of Montessori, and the innovation of modern design and technology to create inspiring environments where children and educators thrive.
Since 2014, thousands of families across multiple countries have entrusted us with their children's education. We are committed to creating exceptional learning experiences while investing in the growth and development of our team members.
