Our firm is looking for a dynamic, driven, and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist to become the first connection between our firm and the clients who need our help.

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be the voice of our firm, guiding potential clients through one of the most important decisions they'll make. You'll identify qualified cases, build trust with prospective clients, and help transform leads into lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Intake

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and assess case viability
• Build trust through empathetic and professional communication
• Gather critical case information through thoughtful discovery and active listening
• Present the firm's value, experience, and successful track record

Lead Management & Client Conversion

• Develop, manage, and convert a pipeline of qualified leads
• Create meaningful connections that inspire confidence in our legal team
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to retain and onboard clients
• Help prospective clients understand their legal options and next steps

Performance & Growth

• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion goals
• Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to improve client experiences
• Contribute ideas, systems, and processes that support the firm's continued growth
• Continuously develop your sales, communication, and client-service skills

Required Qualifications

✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish

✅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

✅ Strong customer service, sales, or client relations experience
