ABOUT THE POSITION

Are you detail-oriented and organized? Are you passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction? We are currently seeking a Deal Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Deal Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in processing incoming customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely entry into our system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently and accurately enter customer orders into our system
  • Review order details for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments to clarify order information and resolve any inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all order transactions
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment Team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing order data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of Deal Desk, Order Entry or Operations experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and order management systems, NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience preferred
  • SaaS experience preferred, but not required
