About the Role

Build Salesforce solutions that help our teams deliver exceptional client service. As our Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll apply your technical expertise to design, develop, integrate, and optimize scalable solutions that strengthen the Firm’s legal operations and advance its technology strategy.


You’ll turn complex business requirements into secure, maintainable capabilities that improve automation, system performance, data integrity, and the user experience. Along the way, you’ll help establish development standards, mentor Salesforce team members, and collaborate with business and IT partners. Your Key Contributions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Architect and implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
  • Design and manage data models, process automations, and workflow optimization for the legal domain.
  • Mentor and provide technical direction to Salesforce development teams.
  • Support with establishing development standards, code reviews, and documentation practices.
  • Oversee integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications, including document management systems, e-discovery tools, and client portals.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations.
  • Implement role-based access controls and data security measures tailored to the legal sector.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective use of Salesforce.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing Tier 3 support as needed.


What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong track record in implementing large-scale solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Platform Developer II are highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and Mulesoft.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Familiarity with legal industry workflows and tools (e.g., document automation, client intake processes) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions and integrations is a strong advantage.

  • Collaborates: Partners effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and end users to translate operational needs into integrated Salesforce solutions that support the Firm’s broader technology strategy.
  • Being Resilient: Remains adaptable and solution-focused when addressing complex technical challenges, evolving business requirements, system issues, and changing Salesforce capabilities.
  • Plans and Aligns: Organizes and prioritizes development, integration, automation, and optimization efforts to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, technical standards, and project timelines.
  • Communicates Effectively: Clearly translates complex technical concepts into actionable information for technical and nontechnical audiences through stakeholder discussions, mentorship, training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs).
  • Expertise in designing robust data models, automation strategies, and integration architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and end-users.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.


Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

  • A modern processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 from the last few years)
  • Windows 11 (kept up to date)

For Mac Users:

  • A modern processor (Apple M1 chip or a recent Intel Core i5)
  • A recent macOS (Ventura or newer)

For Everyone:

  • At least 8 GB of memory (RAM) to run applications smoothly
  • A fast hard drive with sufficient available storage
