Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Implementation

  • Support end-to-end implementation of modules for fresh food departments.
  • Translate business needs into system workflows, data requirements, and production plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful deployments.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and support continuous improvement.

Client Engagement & Training

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and training.
  • Deliver structured training sessions for client teams and internal deployment staff.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from store-level personnel to executives.

System Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute test cases for IMS modules.
  • Perform pre- and post-release testing, log defects, and ensure resolution with development teams.
  • Validate system performance against client requirements and user expectations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong experience in retail operations or software deployment operations within the grocery retail sector, especially in fresh departments.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, forecasting, inventory and shrink management, and food safety.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, API’s and data integration tools, SaaS products preferred
  • Proven project execution skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including aptitude for managing resources remotely
  • Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Experience with retail systems (POS, inventory, category management, ERP, master data management) is a plus.
  • This position requires alignment with US shift timings due to the nature of customer and team interactions.
