About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Pool Attendant. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at our resort pool. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.

How you will be successful

• Greet and check in residents and their guests to the pool area
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety
• Monitor pool area for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with setting up and organizing poolside furniture and umbrellas
• Respond to resident and guest inquiries and provide information about amenities

What you need

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
