Technical Director

About Mira Home - Pest Control:

At Mira Home, we are more than just a pest control company; we are a customer-focused team dedicated to peace of mind. Our mission is simple: we worry about the bugs so our customers don't have to. We operate route-based residential pest control branches across multiple states, built on a culture of accountability, safety, and exceptional service. The consistency of our technical work in the field is the foundation of the business.

Position Overview

The Technical Director serves as the company's senior technical authority on pest management. Set product selection, mix rates, and application standards. Evaluate new products, equipment, and methods and determine what the company adopts.

  • Internal Team Training: Train customer service, routing, and sales teams on pest identification, service expectations, and accurate customer communication.
  • Quality Assurance and Callbacks: Own the company callback rate. Analyze root cause by branch, technician, pest type, and product, and implement corrective action. Build and administer the field audit and quality check program.
  • Escalation Support: Resolve escalated technical issues and difficult accounts, and report technical quality trends and corrective actions to executive leadership.
