MNL is a full-service ecological restoration company dedicated to Healing the Earth. Our services include native seed and plant production, shoreline and wetland restoration, prescribed burns, conservation grazing, vegetation management, and ecological consulting. We also support solar and infrastructure projects with pollinator-friendly practices and land stewardship expertise.
Our Products division produces & supplies native seeds, plants, and related materials to contractors, municipalities, restoration professionals, and wholesale partners. The team works closely with customers to support project success—from planning through fulfillment—while coordinating internally with production and operations teams.
The Opportunity
The Sales Account Manager owns ongoing relationships with active and past customers. This role is responsible for keeping accounts engaged, making it easy to do business with MNL, and staying connected to customer needs over time.
You’ll work closely with the Products Sales Team, Production, and Fulfillment to keep orders accurate and on track. Success in this role comes from staying organized, communicating clearly, and being connected to customer needs to identify opportunities to support upcoming projects, expand product use, and re-engage past customers.
