About Monovo
Monovo is helping build the future of healthcare—one that is more proactive, personal, and connected.
We partner with physicians and healthcare organizations to extend care beyond the clinic, using technology and a real care team to help patients stay engaged, identify risks earlier, and achieve better outcomes.
At Monovo, we believe meaningful work starts with putting people first. We want every interaction—with a patient, provider, or teammate—to leave someone better than we found them.
This is more than a typical medical role. At Monovo, you have the opportunity to be part of changing how care is delivered and helping create a healthcare experience where patients feel supported not just during a visit, but every step of the way.
If you’re looking for more than just another healthcare job—and want to be part of a team that is rethinking how care is delivered—we’d love to meet you!
About the role
At Monovo, we’re building a different kind of healthcare experience—one that extends beyond the walls of the clinic and helps patients stay connected, supported, and engaged in their health.
We’re looking for a Clinic Coordinator who wants to be part of that.
This is a highly independent, patient-facing role for someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys being challenged, and doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder telling them what to do next.
You’ll work directly inside one of our partner clinics and serve as a bridge between patients, clinic staff, and the Monovo care team. You’ll help patients discover programs that can support their health, guide them through enrollment, troubleshoot problems, and make sure they know what happens next.
Some days will be busy. Some problems won’t come with a perfect playbook. We’re looking for someone who finds that exciting.
What you'll do
- Connect with patients in person, by phone, and through text with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Identify patients who may benefit from Monovo programs and proactively start conversations with them.
- Educate and guide patients through enrollment and onboarding.
- Follow up with patients and take ownership of moving things forward.
- Help patients navigate technology, devices, applications, and other program-related needs.
- Work across multiple software systems and online platforms throughout the day.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with clinic staff and remote Monovo teams to solve problems and create a great patient experience.
- Notice what isn’t working—and help us make it better.
You’ll Thrive Here If You...
- Work well independently. You’re comfortable owning your day, managing priorities, and making progress without constant direction.
- Are naturally proactive. You notice what needs to happen next and take initiative.
- Communicate exceptionally well. Whether you’re speaking face-to-face, making a phone call, sending a text, or communicating with a team member, you’re professional, clear, friendly, and responsive.
- Are tech savvy. New software doesn’t intimidate you. You can quickly learn multiple systems, switch between platforms, and troubleshoot when something doesn’t work as expected.
- Enjoy a challenge. You like solving problems, figuring things out, learning new things, and working in an environment that continues to evolve.
- Take ownership. You don’t just complete a task and move on—you care about the outcome.
- Are organized and dependable. You can juggle competing priorities while following through on the details.
- Enjoy working with people. You can build trust quickly and help patients feel comfortable and cared for.
