We are working with a mission-driven organization in the healthcare quality and education space that is expanding its digital learning portfolio across both individual and enterprise audiences.


This role sits at the center of learning delivery, supporting a growing user base (~30,000 learners) and onboarding 100–200 new B2B users monthly. The organization recently implemented a new LMS (Oasis), and this position will play a key role in optimizing how learning programs are built, delivered, and measured.

This is not a pure administrative role. It is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working across systems, data, and operations, and who can take ownership of both execution and continuous improvement.

What you will be doing:

  • Build and configure courses, programs, and assessments within the LMS
  • Manage user access, group deployments, and learning paths across B2C and B2B audiences
  • Support delivery of live and asynchronous learning programs, including coordination with instructors
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and partner with vendors to resolve system-related challenges
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting on learner engagement, completion, and usage
  • Identify trends in learner behavior to support product adoption and program improvement
  • Support backend operations for enterprise learning programs and group implementations

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with LMS administration or learning program coordination
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Data-minded with experience building or interpreting reports
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
