Title: Immigration Services Community Navigator
Location: Bronx, New York
Reports to: Director of Community Outreach
Pay Range: $26.09 - $26.09 per hour (effectively $47,500 - $47,500 per year)
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Status: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Role Summary: The Community Navigator will serve as a frontline advocate and support provider for immigrant New Yorkers accessing services through NAICA’s MOIA Legal Support Center. This role involves conducting outreach, facilitating intake, assisting clients in navigating legal and social services, and ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate support. The Community Navigator will work closely with attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, and community partners to provide holistic, client-centered services.
