nesto is Canada’s leading provider of mortgage technology and financing solutions, managing $73B+ CAD in residential and commercial mortgages, with 1,000+ team members across 12 offices nationwide. You will be working on Nesto Cloud, Canada’s most advanced cloud platform, delivering end-to-end technology solutions for lenders in the digital age.

What You’ll Do

Own the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for our core technical platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and developer-friendly.

Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for our engineering teams, acting as the "glue" between stakeholders and the codebase.

Drive Operational Excellence: Utilize data and technical KPIs to monitor product health, identifying bottlenecks before they become blockers.

Ship with Quality: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, ensuring every release meets the high standards our clients expect.

Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional leads to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with nesto’s broader business goals.

Who You Are

Technical Foundations: You have 7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within high-growth technical environments (SaaS, Fintech, or API-first products).

Analytical Mindset: You don't just look at data; you interrogate it. You’re comfortable navigating complex system architectures and data flows.

Communication Pro: You can explain a microservices architecture to a stakeholder and a business case to a developer with equal ease.

Methodical: Experience with the GhSmart methodology or similar rigorous frameworks for decision-making and talent evaluation is a strong plus.
