What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
- Supervise Food & Beverage staff to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
- Lead daily shift meetings and support smooth service execution
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
- Help manage labor controls and assign daily duties
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and service standards are consistently met
- Support opening and closing duties, dining room setup, and shift walk-throughs
- Greet guests warmly and assist with service as needed
- Relay orders to the kitchen or bar and serve food and beverages during service
- Report staff-related issues to management as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1–3 years of Food & Beverage or restaurant experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong guest service mindset and leadership presence
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds
