The not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital features a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department, with state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and electronic medical record services. Our large, quiet labor/birthing rooms are private and located away from other patient care areas. The private patient rooms on the 5th floor Medical/Surgical Department boast views from every window.

For the convenience of our patients, we also host visiting physicians at our clinics in the areas of:

About the role

The Human Resource Aide shall provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department while assisting in the delivery of human resource services to employees and leadership. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced environment. The Human Resource Aide shall contribute to the efficient and compliant operation of human resource functions in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

  • High school graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited high school program or equivalent (GED).
    Previous experience in hospital or office procedures or post-secondary coursework in business, human resources, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate the ability to learn and effectively utilize HR information systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of general office practices and procedures.

This position will work Monday - Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.


Starting pay range is $16.56 to $19.19 and varies based on experience.
