About the role
Our Paper Customer Engagement Specialists are essential in promoting what is possible when students have access to academic support and high-impact tutoring. As a contracted Customer Experience Team member, you will lead trainings and provide hands-on support to districts implementing Paper’s GROW high-impact tutoring program, helping maximize student participation and academic success.We are an enthusiastic, collaborative team that enjoys sharing ideas and best practices. We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking individual that understands the K-12 industry in today’s ever-changing landscape.
This is a part-time, contractor opportunity until June 4, 2027.
What you'll do
Qualifications
Location: Visalia, CA. This role will support school districts in the region with occasional travel outside the region if necessary. These individuals must have their own transportation and a valid driver’s license as this role requires considerable travel. Travel territory will be dependent on business needs.
Travel: Approximately 70% of the role requires travel to district sites to support in-person program implementation. Travel includes transportation via car and/or flights.
Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, $35/hour for your prep and facilitation time. This is an as-needed contract role with flexible scheduling. While weekly hours may vary based on program needs, we guarantee a minimum of 80 hours per month. During the school year and periods of active student programming, hours are expected to approach full-time levels.
Customer Engagement Specialists will have the ability to keep all travel points for hotels booked for work-related travel. Mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel.
