Peak Performance Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Lansing clinic. This is a great opportunity for a PT who wants to grow in outpatient orthopedics, provide individualized patient care, and be part of a privately rooted team focused on restoring mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence.

What you'll do

  • As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
  • Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure
  • DPT, MPT, MSPT, or equivalent physical therapy degree
  • Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, manual therapy, balance training, fall prevention, and strength-based care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient-centered approach and passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life
  • New graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow are welcome
