We’re seeking a bright, creative individual with a passion for driving change to join the team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders and teams across Pinnacle on every stage of the process - from shaping ideas to working side-by-side with stakeholders to bring solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change
  • Contribute to the design and execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance
  • Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
  • Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades. Will also consider candidates in their final year of study who can work at least 3 days per week;
  • Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders;
  • A passion for driving change and improving business processes;
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
