Production Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Coordinator for Ready-To-Wear with 2–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel manufacturing to join our production team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between design, product development, vendors, and overseas factories to ensure garment production stays on schedule and meets our quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end production pipeline from purchase order (PO) issuance through final delivery.
  • Maintain and update daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports to monitor factory production status and critical milestones.
  • Track fabric, trim, and garment production delivery timelines to ensure on-time shipments.
  • Request, track, and log all production samples (fit, PP, TOP, strike-offs, lab dips).
  • Coordinate sample reviews with Product Development and Quality Control teams; communicate feedback and approvals to factories promptly.
  • Maintain a well-organized physical and digital sample archive.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for foreign manufacturing partners.
  • Resolve daily production inquiries regarding tech packs, construction details, trim mapping, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate third-party testing and quality inspection procedures before final goods ship.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to arrange shipping documentation, vessel bookings, and customs clearance needs.
  • Partner with the Operations team to reconcile PO discrepancies, invoice issues, and chargebacks.


Who You Are:
  • Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in garment production, manufacturing, or supply chain within the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of apparel construction, fabric performance, tech packs, and production calendars.
  • Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience using apparel ERP and PLM software.
  • Skills: Excellent time-management, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
