We’ve built an iconic online brand, and now we’re bringing Princess Polly to life in store. With Christmas and the summer season approaching, we’re looking for Summer Casual Sales Associates to join our retail teams and be part of one of the biggest moments in our retail calendar.

As a Summer Casual Sales Associate, you’ll be the go-to for style advice, trend inspiration and the perfect Polly fit. You’ll bring the energy, connect with our community and make every visit feel fresh, fun and uniquely Princess Polly all while keeping the store looking iconic.

From helping someone find the outfit to hyping up their latest Polly purchase, you’ll play a big part in making our stores a place our community wants to come back to.

These roles are expected to run from late October/November 2026 through to February 2027, subject to business and operational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Create unforgettable customer moments that feel effortless, personal and unmistakably Polly. 
• Style customers with confidence, bringing product knowledge and trend awareness to every interaction
• Drive sales by creating connections, sharing advice and celebrating each purchase with the customer
• Hit your own KPIs while contributing to overall store results across conversion, ATV and UPT
• Keep the store looking fresh with stock replenishment, fitting room support and visual presentation
• Bring energy to every shift, supporting your teammates and fueling the vibe

Who You Are

• You’re naturally confident, energetic and approachable
• You love fashion, trends and putting together a great outfit
• You’re customer obsessed and genuinely love connecting with people
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same
• You’re a team player who knows how to have fun while getting things done
• You’re flexible, adaptable and happy to jump in wherever you’re needed
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but personality, attitude and energy go a long way

Availability

Flexibility is key.

Summer is one of our busiest and most exciting times of year, and we need a team who can be there when our customers are shopping.

We’re looking for availability across weekdays, weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.

The more flexibility you can offer, the more opportunities you’ll have to pick up shifts, get involved and make the most of your summer at Polly.

If successful, you’ll then be invited to a 1-hour in-person group interview with our Head of Retail and Store Manager.
