Role Overview:

A Field Manager (FM) spearheads all aspects of localized experiential activity from development through execution. This single point of contact is responsible for delivering on all event and reporting needs. Projects can vary from experiential consumer activations, product launches, influencer dinners, pop-ups, festivals, to other regional brand activations. You will be the client liaison for the region on all programs from development through execution, managing all facets with a team based in each assigned market within your region.

 

This position is responsible for performing skilled computer duties with extreme attention to detail.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional brand and sales teams as well as agency partners
  • Build, develop and nurture client relationships within respective regions inclusive of commercial marketing, local sales, state managers and distributor partners, etc.
  • Oversee all aspects of field operations for assigned markets, including staff recruitment, brand/program trainings, logistic management, scheduling, on-site management, reporting, quality assurance and communication with leadership
  • Fully understand the client’s business needs and challenges (including current industry knowledge), while delivering on agency’s business objectives and goals.
  • Work with the Field Marketing Director and FMA to develop, manage, and reconcile execution budgets, including T&E, throughout programming
  • Approve of payment for staff once event is completed
  • Gather and share market, target, and cultural insights related to program performance, competitors, trends, and threats
  • Communicate program results, summarizing findings, and work with senior team members to recommend program enhancements and/or changes to optimize business growth and opportunities
  • Providing added value to client's business through seamless execution, innovative solutions, and progressive ideas.
  • Building on-site production materials including ROS, staff plan, contact/vendor lists, etc.
  • Manage storage unit and POS inventory on an ongoing basis
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits and complete required reporting
  • On-site support of all event production elements pre, during and post event
  • Determination of recruitment profile along with hiring of staff for each event

 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

      Experience overseeing spirit-based programming preferred

      Proficiency in respective brand programming and education

      Exceptional organizational and communication skills

      Strong track record of establishing and maintaining cross-functional, working relationships (in-person and remote).

      Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and varied workstreams

      Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling and vendor negotiation

      Experience training peers and subordinates, while monitoring the team’s resulting output.

      Knowledge of design, lighting, sound, video, photography and social media

      Proficiency with Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Slides

      Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits and event executions

      Keen awareness of event industry activity

      An eclectic sense of style and creativity

      Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays

      1-3 years of Field Marketing Experience

Salary

$76,500 - $82,500 per year (depending on experience) + performance based bonuses
