About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance Intern to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business planning. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in finance while contributing to a growing organization with a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the finance team to support reporting, reconciliations, budget tracking, data analysis, and general financial administration. You’ll gain exposure to both strategic finance work and day-to-day operational support while helping the team stay organized, informed, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including data entry, reporting, and document organization
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and variance analysis across departments or initiatives
  • Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for internal use
  • Support invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and expense reconciliation processes
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting activities as needed
  • Help maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
  • Conduct research and basic analysis to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
  • Assist with creating presentations, reporting decks, and financial summaries for leadership or cross-functional teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information needed for budgeting, reporting, and financial planning
  • Support special projects related to process improvement, data cleanup, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, formatting, and data organization
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in financial planning, reporting, accounting operations, or business analysis
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Bonus points for experience with budgeting tools, accounting software, or financial reporting systems
