About QuilrAI
QuilrAI is an agent-native security company founded by security veterans to secure and operationalize the agentic enterprise across the entire agent lifecycle. We treat AI as a deployment problem—ensuring agents are assessed, governed by policy, and deployed via approved blueprints before they reach production, with every agent action decided before execution and verified afterward.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, we partner with high-growth tech firms and enterprise customers across financial services, legal, and business operations to protect critical workflows against prompt injection, data exfiltration, and non-deterministic model behavior.
As Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO), you will be a senior technical leader and trusted advisor to Quilr's enterprise customers. You will help security and technology leaders understand the risks of adopting AI at scale, shape their AI security strategies, and translate those strategies into practical architectures and deployments using Quilr. You will work at the intersection of customer strategy, product direction, enterprise architecture, and technical go-to-market execution.
This is a highly customer-facing leadership role. You will engage with executives, CISOs, CTOs, AI leaders, architects, and engineering teams; lead strategic technical conversations; support high-impact evaluations and deployments; and bring customer insights back to Quilr's product and engineering organization. The Field CTO is expected to combine executive-level communication with strong technical credibility and a practical understanding of how secure AI systems are designed, deployed, and operated.
