Organizer Logistics Manager

ABOUT RELENTLESS

Relentless builds technology and programs to activate low-turnout voters and unlock political power. Our core program, the Rally Organizing model, is a civic education, persuasion, and mobilization program that compensates low-turnout voters for their time as they become Voting Ambassadors in their communities. Rally, Relentless’s flagship platform, allows campaigns and organizations to relationally organize at scale, resolve fractured and anonymized identities across online communities, and build progressive digital infrastructure that meets the moment we’re in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Organizer Logistics Manager serves as the operational backbone for our Program Organizer team, ensuring our program participant’s experience is positive, seamless, and supported end-to-end

You’ll assist the Deputy Director of Program, Organizer Experience in managing the day-to-day schedule for 50 part-time Program Organizers (POs). Our POs are the heart of  Rally Organizing Programs – creating virtual experiences that leave participants feeling enthusiastic, supported, and confident as trusted messengers in their communities. POs work in shifts, covering both event leadership and inbox support. As Organizer Logistics Manager, you are the front-line of ensuring the POs are appropriately scheduled based on their availability.

We’re looking for a skilled planner and problem-solver. You’re comfortable taking disparate information sets and bringing them together to create a clear system. You’re adaptable to change and able to troubleshoot issues as they emerge while keeping the larger system running smoothly. If you’re energized by bringing order to complex logistics, supporting frontline team members, and ensuring high-impact programs run without a hitch, we’d love to have you on our team.
