About you

What we’re looking for is someone who’s curious about how technology supports the bigger business picture, and who enjoys working with people to understand problems, ask good questions, and help shape practical solutions. We aren't expecting you to have all the answers, but you should be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in how you approach challenges, and willing to learn quickly. Here's what sets you apart:

·       Leading Self – Working to and setting priorities, adaptability, self-monitor performance, take responsibility for career development, developing self-awareness, embracing lifelong learning.

·       Strong Communication Skills – Written, verbal, and the ability to structure a clear vision, supported by evidence.

·       Intellectual Curiosity – A drive to understand why things work the way they do, not just how.

·       Professional & Personal Development – Practice social and emotional intelligence, influencing and engaging others and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.

·       Resilience – Consulting can be demanding and things will not always go to plan. We’re looking for someone who stays positive, learns from setbacks, and bounces back quickly.

·       Interest in AI – A genuine curiosity about AI and how it could be used to improve the way businesses work. You don’t need prior experience, but you should be keen to learn, ask questions, and keep up with new developments.

·       Ethics & Behaviours – Creating a positive impact, respecting the people with whom you work, and acting in the best interests of your organisation, customers, clients and /or partners.

About the role

This role is a launchpad into SAP consulting!

You're not joining to make coffee and sit in on calls. You're joining because you want to build a consulting career that matters, advising major organisations on some of the most complex SAP and AI transformation programmes in the UK. The Academy programme gives you a structured runway to develop the skills, confidence, and commercial instinct you'll need before stepping into client-facing work. After that, the pace is yours to set.

You'll build a strong understanding of what we do across S/4HANA Road mapping, Programme Delivery, Realisation, and AI Solutions. You’ll work alongside consultants with decades of experience from the Big 4 and beyond, learning how real projects run, how clients think, and how great consulting gets done. From there, you’ll get involved in projects across these areas as opportunities come up, supporting work that helps both our clients and the business.

This role is designed for people who want to build a career in SAP delivery and consulting. It’s not just about learning the technology, it’s about understanding how SAP is used in real organisations and developing the skills to support teams delivering change for large UK clients.

Throughout your time in the Academy, you will learn about:

Consulting & Delivery

·       Supporting project teams across areas like S/4HANA road mapping, programme delivery and value realisation, depending on project needs

·       Helping to gather and structure information from stakeholders, and turning it into clear notes, actions and outputs

·       Contributing to analysis and project delivery tasks such as process mapping, requirements capture and fit-gap input, with guidance from senior team members

·       Producing high quality client-ready materials

·       Owning defined tasks or small pieces of work, with support, and delivering them on time and to a high standard

·       Building a working understanding of SAP S/4HANA and how it supports business processes and outcomes across different industries

AI & Automation

·       Learning how we use Resulting’s AI platform, S4SensAI, to support delivery and improve visibility on programmes

·       Supporting the team to spot and capture opportunities where automation could reduce manual effort or improve insight (for example in reporting, analysis, or documentation)

·       Keeping up to date, at a practical level, with SAP’s AI direction as part of your learning and development

·       Contributing to internal capability building by helping test ideas, document what works, and support repeatable ways of working that benefit both clients and internal teams

Professional Development

·       Own your development plan, track progress, identify gaps, and take initiative to close them

·       Work towards SAP Certification, Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) accreditation or SAP Project Management qualifications

·       Actively seek feedback and apply it. The consultants around you have decades of hard-won experience - use it

·       Uphold Resulting's standards: intellectual honesty, client-first thinking, and the courage to say the uncomfortable thing when it needs to be said
