Rippling is expanding its Managed Payroll offering in the US, and we’re looking for a Managed Payroll Specialist to join the team at a pivotal moment. This is an early-stage client service and operational role at the intersection of payroll execution, customer experience, and product development.
As a Managed Payroll Specialist, you will own the end-to-end payroll experience for a portfolio of US customers — running payroll on their behalf, proactively managing the customer relationship, and acting as a frontline expert for everything from routine pay runs to complex edge cases. You will work directly with customer accounts, applying the highest standards of accuracy and auditability to every action you take.
This role demands more than technical payroll knowledge. You will be working within a high-growth, fast-moving service model where priorities shift, no two customer accounts are the same, and the ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly, and find solutions independently is just as important as executing the fundamentals well. You will be expected to stay ahead of complexity, communicate clearly and proactively, and bring a genuine service-delivery mindset to everything you do.

You will work closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Support, and you will serve as a key feedback loop between what customers experience and what the product needs to improve.
