About the Role

We’re looking for a Regulatory Resilience Manager to support complex payment incidents, scale programs, improve processes, and complete cross-functional work that keeps our regulatory commitments on track across our global regulated entities. This role sits at the intersection of regulatory operations, technology, and program delivery, ensuring that regulatory requirements translated into clear plans are executed efficiently and sustained over time.


You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to drive regulatory initiatives from intake through delivery, while continuously improving how we operate in a highly regulated environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Tactical program delivery for regulatory initiatives, including  execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Operational payment incident analysis, classification, maintenance and internal reporting 
  • Help the COO/ Regulatory Operations Manager build and maintain scalable regulatory operations processes and playbooks, leveraging automation and AI
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations
  • Help identify operational risks, gap, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively surface and resolve issues
    Support audits and examinations by coordinating responses and documentation
  • Continuously improve regulatory workflows through automation, tooling, and process optimization

What You’ll Bring/ Must Haves

  • 2+ Regulatory Reporting Experience: Demonstrable solid experience in regulatory reporting within fintech, payments, or banking, including familiarity with European frameworks. This should include experience in incident reporting.
  • Strong understanding of operating in regulated financial/ payment environments
  • Experience working with Engineering & Product teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional tactical work with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
    Clear, concise communicator who can translate complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Experience building processes from scratch and scaling them as the business grows
  • Experience working with Jira and Google Suite 


Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of/ experience working with DORA
  • Knowledge of financial regulations at a global level
  • Experience working directly with regulators or supporting regulatory exams
  • Background in, Regulatory Operations, Incident Management, Compliance or Risk Operations
  • Experience supporting international and/ or multi-jurisdiction regulatory programs
