Group Product Manager, International

About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling is rapidly expanding its international products across payroll, HRIS, and Time. As we enter and scale new markets, we need product leaders who can understand the specific needs of a country while also building product foundations that work across many countries.

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager, International, based in London, to help shape and execute Rippling’s international product strategy across our premium payroll markets. This role will own cross-cutting product initiatives in Time, HRIS, and Benefits that apply across multiple geographies. In addition, this role might provide short-term support for individual markets.

This role is a mixture of country-orientation and platform-first building. The common thread is that you will work through ambiguity, identify the highest-leverage product opportunities across markets, and build scalable products for complex local requirements.

What you will do

  • Own the roadmap and execution of cross-cutting Time, HRIS, or Benefits product features across our premium payroll markets.
  • Partner closely with country PMs to identify key product requirements that apply across markets and turn them into scalable primitives and product solutions.
  • Deeply understand legal, compliance, regulatory, and operational payroll requirements in target jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and other product teams to drive execution and ship successful products with velocity.
  • Provide short-term support for product strategy and execution for individual markets
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements across HR, Time, and Benefits products.
  • Stay close to customers, implementation teams, support teams, and operational data to understand what is working, what is breaking, and where Rippling can create step-change improvements.

What you will need

  • Serve as a senior product leader in London, operating tightly with leadership in New York and Bangalore.
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience owning complex, multi-surface platforms with regulatory, tax, payroll, HR, or financial complexity.
  • Strong systems thinking: you see primitives, not just features.
  • Track record of shipping both 0-to-1 launches and scaled products used by large customer bases.
  • Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: strategy, architecture, UX, and execution rigor.
  • High ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, not output.
  • A high pain tolerance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in a highly cross-functional, globally distributed role.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create clarity across teams, markets, and product surfaces.
  • Strong customer empathy and product judgment, especially in complex operational domains.
  • Payroll, tax, accounting, HR tech, workforce management, or fintech experience is a strong plus.
