If you want to work here and you do not see your role listed, this is where you tell us. We read everything that comes through, and when a role opens that fits someone already in our pipeline, we start there.

This is not a placeholder. It is how we find people.

WHERE WE HIRE

We build teams across the following functions. You may fit cleanly into one, or sit somewhere between a few of them.

Marketing - campaign strategy, social, email and SMS, PR, partnerships, influencer, street team, local market activation

Paid Digital - media planning and buying, audience strategy, tracking and attribution, performance reporting

Creative - graphic design, motion, video, photography, content production, brand and art direction

Talent Buying - artist research, offers, routing, agency relationships

Production - advance, site operations, staging and technical, vendor management, labor, permitting and safety

Ticketing - platform management, on-sale operations, pricing and scaling, buyer communications, reporting

Sponsorship and Partnerships - prospecting, packaging, selling, activation, fulfillment and recaps

Food and Beverage - programming, vendor curation, bar operations

Finance and Accounting - bookkeeping, settlement, budgeting, financial reporting

Operations and Administration - project management, HR, systems, office and team support

We also hire seasonal and event-based staff for festival weeks, and we work with freelancers across creative, production, and marketing.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Rise Up Selects values in-person collaboration and the team cohesion that comes with it. We are an office-first company, based in Salt Lake City, where real-time communication and spontaneous idea sharing keep a fast-moving business moving.

For exceptional candidates we will consider remote arrangements, but this is the exception rather than the norm and requires strong self-direction and excellent communication.

Most roles involve travel for festivals and major events, and availability during evenings and weekends around announce dates, on-sales, and event weeks.

A note on our calendar: Time off is not available during the two weeks immediately preceding and the one week immediately following any Rise Up Selects festival or major event. We mention this upfront because it matters - our year concentrates the most demanding stretches around a handful of dates, and we want candidates to understand that rhythm before joining.

What happens next. We review every submission. If there is a current opening that fits, we will reach out. If there is not, we keep strong candidates on file and revisit when something opens. We will not string you along - if it is not a fit, we will tell you.
