We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales engine and drive predictable revenue growth.

You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Finance to streamline workflows, improve data-driven decision making, and accelerate sales productivity in a fast-paced environment.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the sales technology stack, with primary responsibility for Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Ensure high data quality and integrity through regular audits, governance processes, and cleanup initiatives.
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and weekly/monthly reporting for leadership.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows (lead routing, opportunity stages, approval processes, quoting/contracting, etc.).
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions, including automation and process standardization.
  • Working with the Director of Revenue Operations, create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, objection handlers, and other enablement content in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Deliver or coordinate ongoing training sessions on tools, processes, product updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure sales team alignment to sales processes, policies and procedures
  • Capture and maintain how-to documents for sales operations team
  • Document Sales Operations best practices
  • Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and revenue processes.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on sales data and performance trends.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects such as CRM migrations, new tool implementations, or sales methodology rollouts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to frontline sales managers on operational and enablement best practices.

Required Experience & Education

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a combined Sales Ops & Enablement role.
  • Strong proficiency with sales tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, or similar).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Bias for action and ownership mentality—comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done.
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality
  • Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results
  • Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills, know when to act quickly
  • Ability to articulate needs for process improvements


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in both sales operations and sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ and quote-to-cash processes.
