As Branch Manager – Decatur, you will lead the establishment and development of the Decatur branch. You will build the operational capabilities necessary to deliver Spectrum’s full range of service lines as opportunities are identified.

You will work closely with the General Managers of each division to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams and coordinate the allocation of equipment necessary to support operations in Decatur and the surrounding 150-mile service area.

Key Accountabilities

Your primary accountabilities will include:

• Branch Development: Establish and develop the Decatur branch, including facility location, setup, staffing, equipment, and operational readiness.
• People Leadership: Provide leadership for all personnel assigned to the facility and ensure employees are properly trained, supported, and held accountable to Spectrum’s standards and Core Values.
• Equipment & Fleet Readiness: Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained, operationally ready, and available to support customer and project needs.
• Operational Execution: Build the operational capacity necessary to safely and effectively deliver Spectrum’s service lines throughout the Decatur market and surrounding region.
• Business Development: Actively engage with existing and prospective clients, identify opportunities, develop new business, and support sales efforts necessary to grow the branch.
• Customer Service: Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure Spectrum consistently delivers a high level of service.
• Cross-Divisional Collaboration: Work closely with division General Managers to coordinate people, equipment, projects, and resources across the organization.
• EOS Leadership: Own the seat, participate fully in weekly Operational Level meetings, maintain accountability to Rocks and measurables, and actively contribute to a healthy and productive leadership team.
