The Role

We are seeking a Director of Reseller Partnerships to lead and scale our global reseller ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role will be responsible for developing and executing our reseller strategy, identifying high-impact partners, and driving revenue growth through indirect channels.


This is a high-impact, externally-facing role that blends strategy, business development, and partner enablement.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute Stayntouch’s global reseller partnership strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners aligned with our growth objectives
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential partners across key markets
  • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Enable partners with the tools, training, and support needed to successfully sell and implement Stayntouch solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Establish performance metrics, track partner success, and optimize programs for scale
  • Represent Stayntouch at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development within SaaS hospitality technology 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling reseller or channel programs
  • Strong network within the hospitality ecosystem (system integrators, consultants, technology providers, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed


Nice to Have

  • Experience with a hospitality PMS platform 
  • Familiarity with global partner landscapes and go-to-market models
  • Experience working in a global, distributed team
