You have 1+ years of office experince. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes: organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a physical, hands-on workflow (printing, binding, scanning, shipping) while juggling multiple production requests without letting anything slip. You're hospitable and communicate clearly with the Production team and other departments you support. You're proficient on Mac and PC, with Google Drive experience a plus (bonus points for wiki platforms), quick to pick up new systems, and excited to grow with a startup. This person must be local to our Downtown Los Angeles office and must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift materials up to 35 lbs.
