StormWater Pros is seeking a motivated and reliable General Helper to assist with existing site field operations involving camera inspections and general support. This entry-level position is hands-on, fast-paced, and vital to ensuring job site efficiency and safety.


The position requires:


Must have driver's license and clean driving record. No DUI's.

Passing of drug test (Required)

Must pass background check requirements

Construction experience a must, Maintenance experience is preferred

Responsibility for equipment

Safety oriented and required to follow all safety standards and procedures

Reliable transportation to our shop

Key Responsibilities:


Assist with camera setup, cable management, and lowering equipment into manholes

Support existing site operations

Maintain vehicles and facilities (cleaning, organizing, basic upkeep)

Ensure all safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed

Spot vehicles on site and assist with safe equipment handling

Communicate clearly and ask questions when unsure

Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:


Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual tasks

Team-oriented and proactive attitude

Previous field experience is a plus but not required

Must be able to meet physical demands of the job. (Lifting, walking, climbing, standing for long periods of time outdoors, occasional night work)
