Roles may involve procurement operations, tactical contracts management, sourcing support, accounts payable, or cross-functional project work. What you'll do

As an early career team member, your responsibilities could include:

• Supporting procurement operations tasks such as purchase order creation, supplier onboarding, and data entry
• Assisting with contract reviews, coordinating redlines, and maintaining contract repositories
• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues or gather required documentation
• Helping with accounts payable activities including invoice validation, coding, and reconciliation
• Maintaining accurate procurement records, databases, and reporting tools
• Learning and using various procurement and ERP systems to support client workflows
• Participating in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional project support
• Responsibilities will vary based on client needs and your growing skill set.

Who we're looking for

• Are a recent college graduate or transitioning early career professional interested in procurement, supply chain, business operations, or finance
• Are eager to learn and excited to receive on-the-job training in multiple procurement functions
• Are very comfortable learning and working within new technology platforms and systems
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Are coachable, collaborative, and open to feedback and skill development
• Are client service oriented and enthusiastic about helping others solve problems

A background in business, supply chain, analytics, or related fields is helpful but not required.

Eligibility: To be considered for this role, candidates must already have authorization to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.

Compensation: This job posting is used to identify potential candidates for our Talent Network which includes candidates with entry to mid-level experience. All compensation decisions are based on qualifications, experience, and the role being filled. The base salary for US candidates may range $35,000 - $65,000 depending on the specific variables previously mentioned.
