About Supreme International

For more than 75 years, Supreme International has been a leading North American manufacturer of feed mixers for the dairy and livestock industry. Proudly headquartered in Alberta, we design, engineer, and build high-performance equipment that helps producers improve herd nutrition, operational efficiency, and profitability.

As we continue to grow, we're committed to investing in great people, building a strong workplace culture, and delivering exceptional products to our customers across Canada, the United States, and international markets.

The Right Fit Matters:

At Supreme International, we know strong teams are built with dependable people who take pride in their work and want to grow with the company over time. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long-term opportunity, not just a short-term job.

This role involves hands-on work with steel and materials in a busy manufacturing environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential every day.

If you come from shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a welding/fabrication background and are looking for a stable position with room to grow, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Shipper/Receiver, you'll play a critical role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently throughout our operation. You'll ensure production has what it needs, shipments leave on time, and inventory stays accurate.

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality
  • Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, tagging, and staging materials
  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and transportation teams

Metals & Material Handling

  • Handle steel and other industrial materials safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
  • Use overhead cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment (asset)
  • Identify and tag materials accurately

Inventory & Organization

  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Complete cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Stage and kit materials for production
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas organized

Safety

  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Report hazards and equipment concerns promptly
  • Help build and maintain a strong safety-first culture

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings more than experience—you bring the right attitude.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, logistics, or an industrial environment
  • Experience handling steel, metals, or other heavy materials
  • Forklift experience
  • Comfortable using computers and inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Assets

  • Overhead crane experience
  • Rigging experience
  • ERP experience
  • Welding or fabrication background

You'll Be Successful If You:

  • Take ownership of your work.
  • Show up every day ready to contribute.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Communicate well and support your teammates.
  • Solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to.
  • Care about quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Want to continuously improve.

Why Join Supreme?

At Supreme, you're more than an employee—you're part of a team that values hard work, respect, and continuous improvement.

We offer:

  • Competitive wages
  • Full-time, stable employment
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • RRSP matching program
  • Boot allowance
  • Paid safety training
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
  • A supportive team environment where your work matters

Working Conditions

This role is based in an industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, dust, noise, and steel materials.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a physically active role and be willing to work overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs safely
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, crouch, kneel, and climb as required
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

This is a safety-sensitive position. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment screening, including functional fitness testing and other required safety assessments

Why This Role Matters

Every piece of steel that enters or leaves our facility passes through the hands of someone in this role. Your work directly impacts production efficiency, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and ultimately the quality our customers expect from Supreme.

If you're someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working with a great team, and wants to make an impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and show us why you'd be a great addition to the Supreme International team.
