About the role

Support the Stockroom Lead and Store Management team to keep the heart of our Sydney Westfield store running smoothly. From receiving deliveries and replenishing the sales floor to fulfilling online orders, you’ll help make sure every customer can discover, explore and take home the T2 products they love. You’ll bring pace, accuracy and care to our stock operation, helping create a store experience that feels organised, vibrant and unmistakably T2.


Key responsibilities


  • Receive, check and process incoming deliveries with accuracy, urgency and care. 
  • Keep the stockroom clean, organised, secure and aligned to T2 standards, so the team can work confidently and efficiently.
  • Replenish and restock the sales floor, helping keep our shelves full, inviting and ready for customers to explore.
  • Check invoices, transfers and stock documentation carefully to help keep inventory records accurate.
  • Process stock movements, consolidations, faulty items and transfers in line with company procedures.
  • Pick, pack and action online orders accurately and within required timeframes, bringing the T2 experience to customers beyond the store.
  • Support daily online order collection and communicate any stock adjustments clearly and promptly.
  • Assist with stocktakes, pre-counts and checks to support accurate inventory results.
  • Spot stock discrepancies, missing orders or stock issues early and escalate them with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Follow safe work practices, report hazards and complete required WHS training to help keep our team and customers safe.
  • Work closely with the Stockroom Lead, Store Manager and wider store team to deliver a connected, customer-led store experience.
  • Join team meetings and product sessions, building your knowledge of our teas, tools and rituals.


About you

  • Experience in a stockroom, warehousing or retail environment is preferred
  • You bring energy, reliability and a strong work ethic, working at pace without compromising accuracy.
  • You have sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach that helps keep stock flowing smoothly.
  • You’re punctual, dependable and able to commit to casual shifts, including out-of-hours stocktakes when required.
  • You’re team-first, curious and genuinely excited by the T2 brand, our products and the experience we create for customers.
