What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll diagnose plumbing problems, perform repairs, install plumbing systems, and provide homeowners with solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues
• Repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install water heaters (tank & tankless)
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer repairs
• Install water treatment and filtration systems
• Complete repipes and plumbing replacements
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
• Complete accurate ServiceTitan documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training

What We're Looking For

• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to learn and improve every day
• A team-first mentality
