Job Summary (Multiple Positions)

The Beauty Sales Associate plays an important role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by helping customers discover and select beauty products that meet their needs. This position focuses on providing knowledgeable customer service, supporting sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the beauty department is organized and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enthusiastic about beauty products, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Cashier is responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service at the checkout. This role includes processing customer transactions, assisting with purchases, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Home Goods Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing department. This role includes replenishing merchandise, organizing and maintaining product displays, assisting customers with product questions, and supporting overall store cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Toys Team Member is responsible for keeping the toy department stocked, organized, and visually appealing. This role includes replenishing merchandise, maintaining product displays according to company standards, assisting customers with product inquiries, and supporting overall store cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

1. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
2. Friendly, outgoing, and approachable with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
3. Reliable team player who can work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 30lbs as needed, stock products, and stand or walk for extended periods.
5. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
