Position Summary

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer at Texicare, you'll help build and evolve the foundation that powers data across the organization. You'll architect and operate the core data platform, designing scalable data pipelines, optimizing our Snowflake environment, and developing reliable infrastructure that enables trusted data for analytics, operations, and business decision-making. Using a modern data stack—including Snowflake, Dagster, Coalesce, Tableau, Terraform, GitHub, and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Optum Stepwise—you'll solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring our platform remains secure, resilient, and compliant in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who enjoys building platforms that others depend on. You'll partner closely with engineers, analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to improve data reliability, performance, and governance while influencing the technical direction of our platform. Beyond delivering solutions, you'll mentor teammates, share best practices, and help foster a culture of engineering excellence. If you're energized by solving difficult technical problems, taking ownership of critical infrastructure, and making a meaningful impact on a growing organization, you'll thrive on Texicare's Data Platform team.
