Global Outreach Director – Redmond Location

The Global Outreach Director leads the strategy and project management for Timberlake's global outreach trips. Based at the Redmond location and working alongside our Adult Ministries team, this role mobilizes people from across our church to serve with trusted global partners and makes sure every trip is well led, growing, and fully aligned with our mission and culture.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities:

• Provide project management and leadership for our spring and summer global outreach trips.
• Lead global outreach trips through our groups system.
• Build and nurture healthy relationships with our approved global partners to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
• Recruit, develop, and care for trip leaders and volunteers.
• Administration and logistics for the Timberlake Groups system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details:

• Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events and seasonal trip travel)
• Benefits: Accrued PTO, comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD. 403B retirement plan with employer match after year one.
• Pay range: $52,000 - $60,000/year DOE.
