As a Supply Planning and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning all of our production builds and movement of material throughout Asia and from Asia to the rest of the world.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • You have at least 8-10 years of experience in logistics and planning.
  • Very good knowledge in import and export operations, with a solid understanding of China's customs regulations.
  • Have substantial experience in bonded zone logistics and very good experience in warehouse operational processes.
  • You are an excellent communicator in both English and Chinese.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 contract manufacturers and strategic suppliers and with high volume hardware production and material movement.
  • Experience with global customs compliance and know how to move DG and other material without impedance.
  • Experience with internal IT systems such as Netsuite, Arena, Confluence, and other workflow tools.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Logistics Coordination & Executions: Plan, organize, and monitor the efficient movement of goods to our factories, from our factories to our global warehouses, and manage the Asia Distribution Center Operations and IOR.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers in Asia.
  • Import /Export Knowledge: In the day-to-day work, provide logistics instruction and solutions to factories and freight forwarders to help keep import and export operations running efficiently.
  • Supplier Planning Executions: Work with our global demand planning team to ensure proper inventory levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers in Asia to ensure timely delivery, quality goods, and adherence to contracts.
  • Work closely with sourcing, manufacturing, demand planning, and other teams to ensure alignment on material, volume, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) such as logistics cost/unit, on-time delivery and inventory turns.
  • Provide analysis and insights to the supply chain team to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Global Operation Strategy Executions: Identify and implement Global Manufacturing and Global Logistics strategies in Asia to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and reduce disruptions in the supply chain.
