Our bartenders work in beautifully designed spaces with the vibrant backdrop of State Street. Bartenders will serve our guests from a carefully curated raw bar menu, light bites, and hand-crafted cocktails. Our service style is elevated casual, with careful attention paid to every touchpoint in the guest experience.

DUSK is looking for an experienced bartender who knows their way around a cocktail, loves a busy bar, and understands that great hospitality is about more than what's in the glass.

We're a cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara serving thoughtfully made drinks, wine, beer, and food in a laid-back, design-forward space. We're looking for someone who can bring personality to the bar, connect with guests, and still crush service when the room gets busy.

What we're looking for:

• Solid craft cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Previous bartending + food service experience
• Fast, organized, clean, and dependable
• Comfortable talking to strangers and building regulars
• A team player who runs food, clears glasses, stocks, cleans, and jumps in wherever needed
• Someone who can have fun at work without losing sight of the work
• RBS + Food Handler certifications

We're serious about hospitality, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
