Corporate Marketing Manager

About Tort Experts

At Tort Experts, we are redefining the landscape of performance marketing in the legal sector. Our mission is to democratize access to information for individuals who have been injured, connecting them with law firms that can truly advocate for their rights and achieve successful outcomes. As an innovative, vertically integrated legal case acquisition marketing company, we leverage cutting-edge technology, data-driven insights, and a commitment to transparency to disrupt the status quo.

Joining Tort Experts means becoming part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a meaningful impact. We foster a collaborative environment where creativity thrives, and every team member plays a vital role in connecting qualified claimants with the representation they deserve. If you’re looking for a workplace where your contributions can truly make a difference, and where innovation meets purpose, Tort Experts is the perfect place for you.

About the role

We are building a dedicated revenue organization and need a marketing manager to own the execution of our corporate marketing function. The go-to-market strategy and channel priorities are set by company leadership. Your job is to bring that strategy to life across events, content, outbound campaigns, and partnerships, driving execution with discipline and creativity every day.

You will work closely with our Business Development team to ensure marketing efforts translate directly into pipeline and closed revenue. You will partner with company leadership on how Tort Experts shows up in the market, from conference floors to LinkedIn feeds to the inboxes of decision-makers at litigation funds and plaintiff firms. You will have a seat at the table on strategic decisions, but the expectation is that you are primarily an executor and operator, not the strategist.

The marketing function is being built and you will be central to making it run. If you thrive in environments where you take strategic direction, execute with precision, and make things better as you go, this role was designed for you.

What you'll do

  • Execute the corporate marketing plan across all channels: events and conferences, content marketing, paid media, outbound campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Strategy and channel priorities are set by company leadership. You own day-to-day execution, project management, and results. You will not need to be hands-on in every channel at all times, but you are accountable for keeping everything moving and delivering on plan.
  • Lead event and conference marketing as a primary growth channel. This includes end-to-end ownership of pre-conference outreach, booth and logistics coordination, on-site execution, networking support for the sales team, and post-conference follow-up. You will be on the floor at events like MTMP and AAJ, running the show so salespeople can focus on selling.
  • Execute the content marketing strategy that positions Tort Experts as a thought leader in mass tort case acquisition. This includes producing and managing LinkedIn content, case studies, email newsletters, website content, and other formats that build credibility with litigation funders and plaintiff firms.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to generate inbound interest from prospective clients. Channels may include LinkedIn advertising, targeted digital campaigns, and conference-adjacent promotions.
  • Design and execute creative, high-touch outbound campaigns (including gift-based strategies) that support the Business Development team’s prospecting efforts. You will partner with BDE team members to create touchpoints that open doors and accelerate deal progression.
  • Identify and develop strategic marketing partnerships that expand Tort Experts’ reach and credibility within the litigation finance and plaintiff firm ecosystem.
  • Support marketing budget management in partnership with company leadership and finance. You will track spend, flag variances, and recommend resource allocation across channels based on what you see working in execution.
  • Maintain rigorous project management across all marketing workstreams. Events, content calendars, campaign timelines, and vendor relationships all require strong organizational discipline.
  • Partner directly with the Business Development team to align marketing activities with pipeline priorities, target accounts, and conference strategy. Marketing exists to create and accelerate pipeline.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights that inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Leverage AI-first tools and workflows to maximize efficiency across research, content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated ability to execute across multiple channels simultaneously. You have run marketing programs end-to-end, not just contributed to individual campaigns.
  • Strong content marketing skills. You can execute a content strategy, write or direct compelling thought leadership, and manage an editorial calendar that earns attention from senior decision-makers.
  • Proven experience in event and conference marketing, including end-to-end logistics, pre-event outreach, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the dozens of moving parts that make events successful.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments. You are joining a team that is being built, not one that is already running. Process is being established and you will help shape it.
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts. You manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details. You bring structure to complexity.
  • Proficiency with marketing and productivity tools including LinkedIn, Salesforce or HubSpot, and project management platforms. You are resourceful with tooling and can stand up systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for research, content creation, and workflow optimization. An AI-first mindset is a requirement, not a preference. Experience with Claude or similar AI assistants is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically for conferences, client events, and industry meetings. Travel is a meaningful part of this role.
  • US-based with authorization to work in the United States.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in mass tort, litigation finance, legal services, or legal marketing. You understand the ecosystem, the players, and how to market to sophisticated legal and financial buyers.
  • Experience marketing to law firms, PE-backed funds, or financial services buyers where credibility, trust, and relationship matter more than volume.
  • Background in performance marketing, lead generation, or professional services marketing where pipeline contribution is the measure of success.
  • Familiarity with the conference-driven marketing motion common in mass tort, including MTMP, AAJ, and similar events.
  • Experience executing and scaling a corporate marketing function at a growth-stage company.

What Success Looks Like
